Yes. Each dive center gets a unique QR code and registration link. Customers scan it and fill in their own profile with personal details, certifications, medical notes and equipment sizes before they arrive. No paper forms, no data entry for your staff.
Yes. The boat trip calendar shows day, week and month views across all your boats. You can assign divers to groups using drag and drop, set capacity limits, assign divemasters and track dive sites per stop.
Yes. Build reusable course templates, for example Open Water with theory, confined water and four open water dives, then run courses from them. Enroll students, schedule sessions, link open water dives to boat trips, mark attendance and reassign missed sessions as make-ups.
