What each document means
Tax invoice
A tax invoice with your tax ID and the tax per rate, issued once your business is registered for VAT or GST and your tax ID is entered. Where your country wants the buyer's name and address from a certain amount, DivePilot asks for them before it issues.
Invoice
A numbered invoice with your legal name and address, where the law asks for an invoice and not a tax invoice, and in a tax invoice country while your business is not registered.
Payment confirmation
A numbered payment confirmation that says it is not a fiscal receipt or tax invoice. The legal invoice comes from your own invoicing or fiscal system or from the official tool in the list, and DivePilot keeps its number beside its own.
