Built for dive centers
that dive every day

DivePilot is made for the shop where guests walk in each morning, the boats leave at eight and at two, and courses run alongside the fun dives. If that sounds like your day, you are in the right place. If it doesn't, this page says so.

Where DivePilot fits best

Dive centers whose work happens on site, day after day: guests arrive, register, go out on the boat or into the pool, and leave with a dive log.

Resort and destination dive centers

Thailand, the Red Sea, the Canaries, the Caribbean: guests on holiday book a few days of diving, often at short notice. Online booking, QR self-registration and digital waivers mean they turn up with the paperwork already done.

Day-boat operators

One boat or a small fleet, with morning, afternoon and night departures. Seating plans, capacity per boat, dive groups and a departure board on the wall keep the jetty calm.

Dive schools

From Open Water to Divemaster, with PADI, SSI or another agency. Course templates with classroom, pool and open water sessions, attendance and make-up dives, linked to the boat trips the students dive on.

Small and mid-sized teams

From the owner who does everything to a crew of instructors, divemasters, captains and office staff. Up to 20 staff accounts, each with its own role, roster and pay.

International guests and crews

Seven languages for staff and guests alike. The booking page, the registration form, waivers and dive log emails follow each guest's language.

Centers that rent out gear

Wetsuits counted by size, regulators and computers tracked with a service log, and guests who pick their gear when they book.

Inland, with a pool and a lake

A dive shop far from the sea that teaches in the local pool and takes students to a lake or quarry at the weekend can use most of DivePilot. The day-to-day of training works as it does anywhere else. What it won't use much is the boat side, and the travel side is covered below.

  • Courses from first pool session to certification
  • Pool lanes on the schedule, so two courses never meet
  • Self-registration, waivers and dive logs
  • Rental gear and its service history
  • Instructor rosters and pay
  • Boats, seating plans and the departure board

Where another tool will serve you better

Better you hear it now than ninety days into a trial.

Liveaboards

DivePilot plans day trips and departures from a base on shore. It does not manage cabins, berths, week-long itineraries or a manifest that spans several days at sea.

Shops that mainly sell dive travel

A center in, say, the middle of Germany whose year is built around group trips to Egypt or the Maldives needs package tours, flights, hotels and travel deposits. DivePilot runs the diving where you are, not the journey to somewhere else.

Retail-first dive stores

If most of your revenue comes from selling equipment over the counter, you need a till and a webshop. DivePilot keeps a price list and shows guests an estimate, but it does not take payments or sell stock.
