Questions worth asking first
Yes. Duplicates happen when somebody registers twice or books under a different email, so two records can be merged into one and the certifications, bookings and waivers follow into the surviving profile.
GDPR deletion is its own permission, separate from ordinary deleting, so only the people you choose can run it. Everything tied to that diver goes with the record rather than being left behind as orphaned rows.
Yes. Customer export is a permission you can grant, and it produces a spreadsheet of your data. Nothing you put into DivePilot is locked in.
