No. Up to 20 staff accounts are included in every plan, so adding a seasonal divemaster costs nothing extra.
Yes. Several permissions come in an own-scope form: someone can be allowed to see the trips, courses and schedule they are assigned to without seeing everybody else's.
Each account shows when it was last used, so stale accounts are easy to spot at the end of a season and switch off rather than leaving open.
