The day starts on the dashboard: today's boats, the pool session and the weather at the dive sites. Missing waivers, overdue gear and bills still to settle are flagged before the first guest walks in, and the trip calendar shows every departure of the week and how full each boat is.

Overnight, Lena booked her dives online. Her booking shows what is ready and what is missing - waiver, certification and the gear she asked for. One click confirms it, and she gets her confirmation by email.

DivePilot has already checked who on today's boat is ready to dive. A diver who does not hold the certification his group needs moves to the reef group, Lena gets her seat on the boat in two clicks, and divers are checked in as they arrive. Before the boat leaves, the trip checklist is ready to print, sign and archive.
10:00
An overdue rental comes back to the gear room and is checked in item by item. In the pool, today's students are marked present on their course session.
16:30
As guests leave, DivePilot lists who still owes. Every dive, rental and course is already on the bill, and guests pay at the desk or online by card through their own payment link. At the desk you take cash, card or transfer, DivePilot works out the change, and the receipt is issued when you settle and close the bill.

The cash-up shows what the day took by cash, card, transfer and online payments with Stripe, and how much cash should be in the drawer. Count the drawer, type the amount and close the day. The reports show your takings week by week.
All day
All day long, the departure board on the shop's TV shows every boat, group and guide, and who has checked in. Divers find their group without asking at the desk.
